For your convenience, we ship via United States Postal Service.
All of our items are printed by hand, and custom-made for you! Please expect up to two weeks before an item is shipped. We try to get your package to you as fast as possible, so please send us an email if you need something sooner!
All regular items (those that are not international-bound) are shipped for free, and gift wrap items are embedded with a charge ($4.80) for USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Orders ship within one to two weeks, unless an item is backordered, in which case we will notify you ASAP.
The Spunky Stork wants you to be happy with your items. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund within 7 days of the shipment receipt date. Items must be unworn and in new condition, with their original packaging and tags. We will exchange for a like item or refund your purchase price using your original method of payment. Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges.
To make a return or exchange, please send an email first to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue a return authorization number. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Please mail your returned item with the authorization number to:

Note: When returning your item, we recommend you use a traceable carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. The Spunky Stork is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns and exchanges must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
