Custom Artwork Shirt FAQs
Q: What happens after I upload my artwork?
A: After you upload your artwork, we will start processing it immediately. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your mockup for approval.
Q: How should I upload my artwork?
A: If your artwork in on a piece of art paper, please take a picture with your smartphone (if you don't have a smartphone, you can use a regular camera and upload it to your computer) and attach it via the upload form box on the listing. Please make sure to take as clear a picture as possible, in natural light, and from a bird's eye POV. Try to not take the picture with any shadows.
Q: Can I add my child's name or any other customization to the shirt?
A: Yes! Once your order is completed, please email your order number and customization details to hello@spunkystork.com. We can likely include it in the cost of your shirt, and will be able to modify your proof before we send it to you for approval.
Q: Can I see a proof of my shirt before I purchase?
A: Part of the cost of the shirt includes our design fee. Once we transform your artwork (which takes 1-3 days) into a digital file, we will email you the mockup. You can make changes as needed, until you are happy with the proof. We are always happy to assist and advise.
Q: What if I want different designs on two different shirts?
A: No problem! Just upload two files, and purchase two shirts.
Q: What if I want the same designs on multiple shirts?
A: There are no discounts for multiple shirts, as we still have to custom print each one separately.
Q: How do I care for my shirt?
A: Please turn the shirt inside out to preserve the integrity of the decoration. Otherwise, these can be washed in your machine with your other white clothes. Just wash as you would any normal white t-shirt.
Q: Can I choose a different color shirt or a long sleeve shirt?
A: Yes! shoot us an email with your request and we can include it in the mockup!
